Canada enters officially in the space race for the X prize.

Today the Canadian da Vinci team announced to participate in the 10 million US$, X price race on October 2nd, 2004. Check my previous post on the first attempt made by the SpaceShipOne and my previous comment on Canada’s reply to it.

Canadians will use a balloon to launch their Wild Fire Mk VI spacecraft into space at 24Km altitude.
